Ever feel like UX gets a bad rap for being the “feelings finders?” You’re not alone. There are a few tools to surviving and thriving on any team. Learn how the UX team at Liberty Mutual is developing a secret sauce to increase the EQ of their Agile teams, and, take a few tricks back to your own team.

Stacey Messier is currently the Design Director for Direct Service & Claims at Liberty Mutual. When she's not running a design review with her UX team, Stacey is busy piloting team-development training on culture and confidence. Beyond Liberty Mutual, Stacey can be found in her home studio painting geometric abstract work.

Mike Leary is currently a Senior Product Designer and Creative Lead for Direct Service and Claims at Liberty Mutual. His love for user experience design has developed into a passion for team development and growth within Agile environments. When Mike isn’t at work, he can be found running long distances, spending time outside with his three dogs, or digging through his extensive vinyl record collection.
