Which book has most influenced your thinking on UX?

Currently, Predictably Irrational Dan Ariely. But I've fallen out of love of the whole persuasion design thing. Overall, the first book i read on the subject was Don Norman design of everyday things.

Are you an innie (work inhouse) or an outie (work in an agency or freelance)?

Outie.

What's your favourite design/UX related quote or saying?

If we want users to like our software we should design it to behave like a likeable person: respectful, generous and helpful. Alan Cooper. Courtesy of uxquotes.com
