What style of RE Investor are you currently?

I am interested in single family residential homes to rent, also looking for multi-unit deals with low or no cash required. My goal is wealth building and income generation.

How do you envision yourself progressing in RE Investing over the next month, 6 months, year, 5 years, 10 years, etc?

In the next six months I will purchase at least one property and look to find others. 5 Years from now I would like to have a portfolio of at least 20 income generating properties with equity in the homes and a net work of 1 million dollars. 10 years I would like to have 100 rental units, with equity producing enough cash flow to live comfortably. My long term goal is acquisition of properties, understanding that flips and other income generating activities may be necessary to accomplish my goals.

What do you hope to gain by joining our group?

I hope to meet other investors and network with them. I am hoping that I am able to establish relationships with folks who do what I do and continue to motivate me on my path. I believe that everyone benefits from groups of people who are like minded. I would look to share ideas and gain perspective from the other members.

Aside from RE Investing, do you provide other services that may be of benefit to fellow RE Investors?

My company provides third party property management and real estate brokerage. I have 13 years of experience in hotel brokerage and can provide a prospective on more complex income producing entities such as hotels and restaurants.
