Join Pranic Healing Vancouver as we host a variety of events from group meditations, drop-in energy healing clinics, free information sessions and classes support you in your mental, emotional, physical, and financial health. Keep an eye out for Full Moon Meditations, Introductions, Classes and special events or jump in and join us for our more frequent group meditations and drop-in energy healing clinics (by donation).

At Clinics, we will be facilitating the popular Meditation on Twin Hearts, a safe, fully guided, and self-healing technique that encourages deep relaxation and peace, reduces stress and anxiety, and increases mental and emotional clarity; so easy and simple, that anyone can do it! In every Twin Hearts Meditation, there is a blessing for the earth, family, friends, loved ones, and even pets. All levels welcome, come and learn to meditate!

After the Meditation, you will have the opportunity to receive a Pranic Healing session! Pranic Healing is a gentle, no touch, and powerful form of energy healing that uses Prana or Chi to balance, harmonize, and transform the body’s energetic, emotional, and physical processes. Prana is the life force energy that is essential for the human body to survive. Pranic Healing is based on the principle that by applying this energy or Prana in specific ways, the natural healing process of the body is accelerated. Come by and experience it yourself!

We'll meditate on Master Choa Kok Sui's Meditation on Twin Hearts for Planetary Peace to bless every person, every being, every country, every continent with Divine Light, Divine Love and Divine Power.

Meditation on Twin Hearts Exercises
1 EYE EXERCISE - rotate your eyes only in a big circle around the room -12 times each direction

2 NECK EXERCISE - turn your head side to side -12 times

3 SHOULDER EXERCISE - rotate your shoulders in each direction -12 times

4 ELBOW & FINGER EXERCISE - bend elbows and flick your fingers -12 times

5 WRIST EXERCISE 12 times - rotate wrists to the right -12 times , then to the left -12 times

6 TRUNK EXERCISE - keeping your hips facing straight, rotate the upper torso left and right -12 times

7 HIP EXERCISE - Rotate hips to right -12 times, then to the left -12 times

8 KNEE EXERCISE - bend right knee -12 times, then left knee -12 times

9 FEET EXERCISE - point the right foot up & down -12 times, then the left foot -12 times

  • rotate right angle to the right -12 times, then to the left -12 times
  • rotate left ankle to the right -12 times, then to left -12 times

10 SEMI SQUATS - 50 times

DISTANT PRANIC HEALING

DISTANT PRANIC HEALING CLINIC every Tuesday morning 11–noon.

We are offering DISTANT HEALING sessions by appointment for a suggested minimum donation of $20.

What happens in a distance healing session?
In a distant healing, a healer connects with you energetically at the time of the appointment, scans your energy bodies and chakras and focuses the healing on your MAIN CONCERN.

Healings are 15 minutes, after which your healer will talk about what was worked on. If your session is NOT online (see options below), your healer will email a report describing what was worked on. During the 15 minutes please sit quietly (at home), with the tip of your tongue touching the palette to increase the flow of energy through your body, unfold your arms and legs and be receptive to the healing energies.

How do I book a distance healing session?
If you would like to receive a healing on Tuesday morning between 11am and noon, you can book a time (up to a week ahead) on our secure scheduling service at

IMPORTANT: Session Options

  1. online via private Zoom session (recommended) – a link will be sent in your booking confirmation and reminder email
  2. NOT online – session will start at scheduled time by healer and be followed by email report

You will receive a confirmation email upon booking with your Zoom link and instructions on how to send your donation. You will also receive a reminder email two hours before your session.

How do I make a donation?
