There will be a free Karate Intro Class this weekend, Sunday, Nov 17th at 6:45pm.
Sota's karate style is based on internal energy of Ki and harmony of energies. He will be describing the concept of the karate through some paired exercises to see how the body function changes through focus, posture, breathing and spirit, and how it affect the energy around us. It's not cardio or muscle intensive. You can imagine more like a meditation in paired manner.
