Welcome! We invite you to join our SPRING Ayurvedic meet up!

Do you want to learn for once and for all how to make the classic Ayurvedic food for cleansing, good digestion, healthy body weight, good skin, good sleep and a good mood! All this from a simple yet effective one pot easy-to-digest meal. KICHARI (also known as Kichadi).

Together we will learn proper preparation with variations of this one pot meal of rice and split mung beans which is the foundation food of Pancha Karma (Ayurvedic detox). We will share this meal together.  This simple meal alone can bring you back to balance and reset the body clock for better energy and digestion and therefore much happiness!

We will also make a Spring spice blend as a condiment for balancing the 6 tastes and satisfying the taste buds as well as a balancing classic Ayurvedic tea.
