Brunch at Eons Greek Paramus

First time for our group! Good veg options here.
This is a counter service place. Skip over the meat proteins on the menu; vegetarians choose three sides instead of the usual two. https://www.eonsgreek.com/menus/ (The gigante beans = limas cooked Greek style are savory and found no other place that I know of.)
NOTES:
* When approaching on Route 17 southbound, pull into the parking lot where you see STAPLES. Eons is in the same strip but their sign is small and easy to miss. The address for navigation is 501 NJ-17 South, Paramus 07652
* They open 11am so if you arrive a bit early, you might have to wait to go in.
* Weather permitting we will sit at the outside tables but if humid we will opt for the air conditioning!
