6 Quick Things You Can Do To Help Vegan 101!!!

1. Donate your time or money to the group.
The reoccurring costs for Vegan 101 every 6 months add up to almost 100 dollars. We will have a donation jar out at every meetup; any donation, big or small, that you can give to the group is greatly appreciated.

We are working on getting a sign up for people who would like to buy shirts all proceeds would go towards Vegan 101.

2. Donate your Artistic Skills
We need people to help make t-shirt designs and Logo designs for the group. This is very important to help create a stronger appeal so that more people will be interested and join our group.

3. Put up Flyers
At every meetup we will have flyers for you to take and put up at your local stores like for example the bulletin boards at Whole Foods, you local Co-op, Veg Friendly Restaurants, Starbucks...etc.

4. Bring yourself to a Meetup
If you have not attended a meetup yet, there is no time like the present. I realize that it can be very intimidating walking into a room full of people that you don?t know, but I can assure you that there wont be any awkwardness and that you will feel right at home once you?ve arrive. Out of the 268+ members that we have, most do not rsvp or attend.

So come to the next meetup and have some fun!

5. Bring your Friends to a Meetup
Even if they?re not vegan or vegetarian that?s ok, the more people we have at the meetups the better. Our meetups are very laid back so you don?t need to worry about them feeling uncomfortable or out of place.

6. RSVP with what you will bring to the Potlucks
We realize that not everyone is an amazing chef, but if you can please RSVP with what you will bring to the potluck it would help out immensely. This is just so we know how much food we might need to make in order to accommodate everyone. Don?t worry about your cooking skills, premade and store bought vegan food is perfectly fine and if you want, you don?t even have to tell us that you bought it haha.

Just to add a little side note when replying to Vegan 101 emails please make sure you are not replying to the vegetarian-386 email address beacuse that sends your response out to all of the group members.

Thank You,
Briggitte
