He and his colleague Chef David have agreed to follow the VNO Restaurant Challenge and will use low sodium soy (when applicable) along with zero or low salt for all entrees. The founder of Trifle’s, Gerry Koprowski, has written a Gluten Free cookbook with healthy recipes for everyone, many which are easily converted to VNO. Trifles has been a full service catering company since 1979. Two Flowers Food Company is a new division of Trifle’s Catering. Their gluten free cookbook and some products are available on their website at twoflowersfoodcompany.com. Depending on the turnout of this event, we’d like to schedule our next event to be Gluten Free and Vegan No Oil- an ultimate challenge!

Trifles and management at Tanglewood Golf Course have agreed to provide this service to us at “break even” to support our community of VNO Lifestyle. We need an RSVP minimum of 20 people in order to hold this event-without your participation we won’t be able to host this event. Our goal is to hold 4 events per year at Tanglewood Golf Course’s Banquet Facility and use this information to encourage other Restaurant Owners to ADD VEGAN NO OIL ENTREE’s to their menu or as Root’s Cafe in Lakewood does for the Raw Vegan Community on Thursday nights... to make one night per week their VNO night out.
