Circadian Rhythm: The Way to Sync Your Health

Not a nutrition talk, but some might find it informative.

Free lecture by Mladen Golubic, MD, PhD, the medical director of Lifestyle Medicine at Cleveland Clinic.

"Our Sun's cycles of light and dark, rhythmic oscillations of about 24 hours duration, known as circadian rhythms, may be disrupted by our modern lifestyle habits thus hastening the development and progression of chronic diseases, such as obesity, poor sleep, lack of energy and even some types of cancer. In this presentation, you will learn that paying attention to the rhythmicity of our daily behaviors could be beneficial to reversing the modern human predisposition to chronic diseases."

Leaned a lot. Love the location. I need amber eye glasses for night time PC work. Anyone knows where I can get a pair?

Glad you liked it! I'm guessing light shade sun glasses would work? Also, not sure if he mentioned, but there are programs that sync your computer lighting to the time of day for this particular purpose. Here's one: or you can manually change the lighting.
