Please share with us what motivated you to transition to a healthier, plant-based diet and lifestyle .

I am a vegan who has lost over 90 lbs. What motivated my husband and I to go plant-based is prevention, but now it's gotten to be so much more. For me, animal rights and the environment have now also come into play.

Do you have any favorite foods or dishes?

Happy Herbivore's Cheater Pad Thai recipe is my go-to favorite.

Are you vegan? Vegetarian? Veg-curious?

Vegan (Whole Food Plant-Based), very low oil, and very low added sugar.
