Seeing and hearing a lecture from nutritionist and author Brenda Davis debunking the myths about vegan lifestyle was one. Going to hear Dr. Esselstyn was the final deciding factor for me make the change to 98% no oil plant based diet.
It's got to be peppers, as you get all the varieties and I love so many kinds. Squash also covers lots of varieties. Zuchini is so versatile and who doesn't like butternut squash?
My goal is to never eat a tortured animal product as food again. I am currently following the Plant Strong no oil vegan plan and it is great.
I am committed to being the choice maker in meal preparation and finding more ways to help others eat healthier as well.
