On my way to visit my Army buddy Michael, wife Carol, and their children I had ham and eggs as my last animal meal. I was raised that way. They hosted me for 8 days and fed me only organic from their garden. Conversation, nothing jumps into your cart
Okra is the most unusual, although I appreciate and eat nearly everything from the veggie kingdom on a regular basis. Eggplant, tomatoes, celery, potatoes, carrots, greens, sprouts, beans and rice are a frequent delight. Salads, organic greens. Yes!
As I wrote earlier, I've participated with all the different vegetarian style diets, no animals. As long as the food didn't have eyes, a brain or a mother I have tried it. The raw diet was the healthiest and most difficult in theAshtabula area.PEACE
The transition was easy for me because they were my role models and guides. I felt so much better during my 8 day stay with them that I chose to continue with this Great vegetarian diet. They are in my prayers of gratitude for them. Love animalsBwell
Hi All, I've been meatless since 1973. It has saved many animals that I love and it has been a healthier lifestyle for me. I believe that the simpler my diet the healthier I am. I strive toward vegan and in the past I've been raw for3 mo. PeaceNow!
I was pleased to have the opportunity to be a part of the Vegan Sandwiches book signing by the author, Tami Noyes celebration for saving the animals as well as enjoying the great food, books, music, friends and new acquaintances. Thanks for photos Samdie...good work!
