How easy or difficult have you found it to be vegetarian, or to move in that direction? Is there a specific way that you would like to be supported by this group, or a discussion topic that you would especially appeal to you?

Being vegetarian has become much easier over the years if you are willing to cook for yourself. There is a greater variety of packaged goods and organic produce in the stores than say 10 years ago. I do feel the difference though when out socially.

Introduction

I have been a vegetarian for over 30 years. My first influence was George Harrison and from there I became more conscientious of the health benefits and spiritual well-being. Being vegetarian is an everyday way of life. I love cooking.
