Ready for your first century ride? Or just want to keep training for a fall event? Then this is the series for you! Join us for our progressive training ride series designed to help you train for Foxy's Fall Century on October 19th. Each week we add some distance and/or elevation to help you train for this beautiful ride through Solano and Napa Counties with 100 mile and 100 kilometer options available.
This week we'll tackle an 80-mile ride in the east bay.
Please note that you will need to register separately for Foxy's Fall Century. Registration opens on August 1st and typically sells out quickly.
This series is designed for intermediate riders who are independent and able to sustain a 12mph average over a variety of terrain. Please bring 2 full bottles, enough food for a 4-hour ride, a spare tube, patch kit, tire levers, and a pump or inflation device.
