I work at a start-up nonprofit organization, FoodCorps, which is similar to the "Teach for America" for school food. I ran a successful blog (Epicuriosa) focusing on nutrition, food policy, and cooking, and co-founded an innovative student organization in graduate school to bring the food and nutrition community to campus. I'm currently exploring opportunities to open my own food-related business.
I'm Mariana Cotlear (SFS '07), a passionate foodie and entrepreneur interested in working in the intersection of food and health.
