This is a local hiking group based in northwest Vermont. We hike, camp, backpack and snowshoe around VT and occasionally in the Adirondacks or the White Mountains. Hiking is an enjoyable outdoor activity; some like it for the kind of exercise it offers, others like it because it gets them outside and in the woods. Please check with the organizer and/or event hosts about our dog policy. We set up hikes/adventures that vary in difficulty, ranging from easy through intermediate to advanced, so that everyone can enjoy fresh air on the trails or in the mountains.
Many of our members enjoy other outdoor activities such as kayaking, biking, climbing… Activity suggestions are welcome! A Suggestion pull down menu is available on the Home page or you can speak with any organizer.
