It is never too early or too late to become your healthiest you. Although no-one escapes the changes that come with age, we can all take steps to make sure we stay strong, supple, healthy, mentally alert, and independent. I would like to invite you to 'Village Tai Chi' to share with like-minded people in this centuries-old mind and body practice. Gentle movements are combined with mental focus, relaxation, and breathing. Hour-long sessions happen in Newick Barn Centre, and in Hadlow Down Village Hall.
