Dear Community,
We’re taking a short break from our usual discussions on codependency to focus on something very close to my heart: the release of my latest book,
Feel, Don't Flee: A Therapist's Guide to Facing Your Emotions. As many of you know, codependency often involves being disconnected from our emotions. This book is a journey toward understanding why we avoid our feelings and how we can increase our emotional awareness. It still ties deeply into the codependency work we’ve been doing, and I’m excited to share this new resource with you!
The book is available in paperback, ebook, and audiobook formats. You can find it on Amazon here.
In this workshop, we will have an open discussion about:
- Why we tend to avoid our feelings.
- How to begin increasing our emotional awareness.
- Practical tips on reconnecting with our emotions for a healthier, more balanced life.
Please join me for this special workshop where we can dive deeper into the book’s concepts and support each other on this journey to greater emotional health.
I look forward to seeing you there!
