If you like the idea of always being challenged with new exercise routines or sequences while getting a great workout then visYoga is for you. If you like the idea of walking around feeling powerful, strong and ready for the world then visYoga is for you.

visYoga is an ever-evolving physical and mental conditioning system that incorporates the mindfulness and movements found in yoga. The alertness and awareness found in the martial arts, the conditioning of personal training, the practicality of natural movement and isometrics found in every-day life, and the benefits of mindful breathing.

visYoga is not just a workout, visYoga is a lifestyle. It is a way moving through the world while being mindful and in control of your own physicality while all along trying to be mindful of others as we try to better the lives of others around us by helping them see and realize their own strength.

What I offer is SIMPLE, EASY TO FOLLOW MOVES, NOTHING COMPLICATED, easily MODIFIABLE to FIT YOUr current level of fitness. NO HIGH IMPACT, NO HIGH INTENSITY. NO SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, NOT a LOT OF TIME required. JUST good- old CLASSIC MOVES and some variations that will ENGAGE the MAJOR MUSCLES of the body during EVERY SESSION.

Even though EVERY class we will do a WARM-UP, LEG, CHEST/ SHOULDER, CORE STRENGTHENING EXERCISES, and ISOMETRICS. Every class will be different, so you never get bored and I don't get bored.

My mantra is: "This is your body, your practice, your moves." So, this is all about you and what feels right at that moment, during that specific session. You decide how much effort you want to invest. But if you show up I will assume you are serious and are looking for a change.

PS I was a photojournalist for 20 years and I got to see and LIVE a lot. And the one thing that helped me keep my sanity and my center was working out. Be it visYoga, martial arts, calisthenics, etc. It doesn't really matter what you do. What matters is that you DO something to take care of your mind and your body. I can help you with the body part.

Lastly, ponder upon this: On May 20th of 2021, I will have completed 1,000 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS workouts: No rest days, and no injuries.
