To start with:
Mark this date on your calendars -- August 25th. This is going to the the Big CSC Showcase/Networking/Party all rolled into one. Everything from prizes for the Top 5 showcasers to beer. Network with others of this 300+ member group. More details coming shortly, but feel free to sign up on meetup already.
Second, is an amazing offer. A fellow Collective member is offering free studio time if you do one thing - pay your Collective dues. WOW! So pay $10 for a year of CSC and get an hour of gratis recording time. Pay $20 for two years and get two hours studio time. This is not some back-bedroom studio. We're talking Protools HD, Logic, Reason, Neumann, Blue, Sennheiser mics, a lot of outboard gear - the real good stuff!
He's doing this because, like me, he believes you should have an opportunity to make something more out of your music, to expand your knowledge, and improve your craft. This is an awesome deal that you should not pass up, but it is for a limited time. The first 50 people who pay before May 15th get the deal. The payment info comes to my attention and I'll pass on the studio info at that time. Schedule directly with him at that point.
