Cathy has told me that she has a busy month of Sundays in September, so she has asked me to lead this meeting.
First, we will not be doing a sprint. Second, I have changed the hours (now 2:30-4:30pm). Lastly, the Maze library room is not available, so we will be meeting in the Book Discussion Room, which is in the second floor of the Main library (see address above).
We can still watch the videos from the Drupal Camp in Austin, if there is interest in this. However, I was thinking that would could target getting everyone a current and working version of Drupal 8 loaded on their laptops (so, please make sure that you bring them). And, I that we could develop a good working set of instructions on how to update this environment as needed. It seems to me that much time is invested at the beginning of each meeting trying to get the latest Drupal 8 environment setup. If instead everyone had good notes on how to do this, and they could take an hour before hand to do this at home before each meeting. Then our meetings would be much more productive.
Hope to see you there!
Note: one last change. I needed to add a limit to the meeting size. We are in a small room that sits 12 people maximum.
