Vue simplifies a lot of JavaScript's complexities to the point that it "just works." But we can't fully trust what we don't understand. In that spirit, we'll dive into the virtual DOM, and in particular, abstract components. By understanding why Vue is divided up the way it is, we can get the most of it in our everyday work.
