REIN Monthly Meeting- learn,network,share

REIN Monthly Meeting- learn, network, share

We are working on a speaker for this meeting. Looking for a taxation expert. If you know one who is well versed in real estate tax advantages and strategies, please let Doug know, ASAP.

First time visits to a REIN meeting are always FREE.

2nd meeting and beyond is $10/ 2 family members; or pay a 1 year membership of $65.

Begun in Janaury 2012, we have met every month so a $65 membership for even 1/2 attendance is, as ur member Bruce is fond of saying, 'a good deal'.

We meet monthly at:

Grand Junction Masonic Center, 2400 Consistory Ct., Grand Junction. 6-8 PM

Please RSVP so we can look forward to seeing you.

Coffee and usually some other light refreshments are provided.

If you would like to volunteer to help find topics and speakers, handle meeting check-in and registration, provide refreshments, connect with out of town experts who may want to come here to speak. . . please do not hesitate to volunteer. This is a member-driven group and active member participation is what will continue to make Grand Junction's REIN a success.

Two great speakers - CPA Chris West on real estate tax advantages and isssues then James from Fidelity Mortgage on some mortgage basics and updates on interest rates, ratios and other small but important points. Lots of our regulars and a large group of new folks. Welcome to all of you and I look forward to seeing all of you and more next month for Public Trustee, Mike Moran's talk on foreclosures.

Doug - Any luck on a speaker? Kind of a tough time of year to secure an accountant. I've been asking around, no bites.
