What we're about

Hello and welcome! PLEASE READ all of the below as it contains the rules for this group :) This is a group for people in their 20s and 30s in Warrington who like to take part in activities outdoors, be that walks or cycles around nature reserves, parks, woods or other nature based places. We're aiming to do water based activities also, like paddle boarding, so stay tuned.

Most events will require a minimum of three people to attend, unless it's a paid event, in which case it will go ahead even if there are only two people. This is simply because it's a lot more fun with more people! All members RSVP'd to an event will be made aware of any changes.

See below for group rules :) \

Rule 0: Have fun and enjoy the event!
Rule 1: If you wish to join the group, please be between 20 and 40 years of age and be within a 10 mile radius of Warrington town Centre.
Rule 2a: Anyone not attending a meetup for two months will be contacted to see if they still want to be a member. Nor response will results in removal from the group.
Rule 2b: If you have to cancel for any reason, please remove your RSVP from the event, as it allows the organiser to update the event status etc. Failure to do so results in being removed from the group.
Rule 3: If you are attending a cycling event, Helmets are Mandatory, as are front and rear bike reflectors. If you turn up without these, you will not be allowed to cycle with us. Front and rear lights are preferred to reflectors.
Rule 4a: Please note that if you want to bring your dog/pig/goat/other on a walk with us you will need to check if the walk you wish to go on is a pet friendly walk.
Rule 4b: If your pet is allowed, be sure to keep them on a lead, bring some clean up bags and obey the rules of wherever we go site wise for a walk!
Rule 5: For the sake of fairness and sticking to the group's target demographic, please do not invite family or friends who are outside of our age range to normal/non "family and friends" walks.
Rule 6: If you wish to smoke or vape on a walk, please do so at the tail end of the walk. This is asked mainly because of people having conditions such as asthma but also out of politeness.

Each event may have unique rules applied to them so please check the description of each event. If you turn out to be a rebel and break any of the rules too many times, you will have to be removed from the group.
