Hey Nicole! The lighting change that was just made in the room is whiting out the projected slides. No worries if you can't adjust this, but it was much easier to read before the change. :-)

Flipped the switch back off. Should adjust in a few moments.

I should add that this is for those watching the stream.

This link is useless! It keeps saying something about html5, which makes no sense for me.

    August 7, 2014

    • Susan B.

Hi Alice - I'm sorry it's not loading for you. We currently have 18 viewers so I don't think it's a universal issue. If you have another browser to test it on, I suggest giving that a try.

    What browser do you use?

Since streaming is now available and I am starting to not feel so well, I will view online. Thank you for providing a way to view this if we are unable to make it!

Sorry you aren't feeling well, Corina. See you next time.

I need to drop my space for the live meeting, too - my meeting is running long. (But i can't figure out how to cancel in this app!) I'll catch the live stream.

I know it's last minute, but I have to drop those neat workshop from my evening. Have fun!

I wouldn't get there on time, so I'll listed from the comfort of my own desk. Waitlisters, someone please take my spot! :)

As I am super pressed for time today I give up my spot as well and will watch in streaming. Wish I could be there in person.

    August 7, 2014

  • EM N.

Hello, I see some folks are not able to make it. For those of us on the waitlist, will we be notified via email if a spot opens up?

    2 · August 6, 2014

    • Nicole N.

Hi EM, yes, if the attendee count goes below the limit, the first person on the waiting list will be notified that she is now attending (and so on, down the line).

All: if you get in, but can no longer attend, please change your RSVP to "no" so the next person on the waiting list has a chance. Thanks!

      August 6, 2014

    • EM N.

Since streaming is now available, I will view online. Thanks.

      August 7, 2014

  • Alice A

Could this be streamed online???? Or saved somewhere we can all access it????

    August 6, 2014

    • Alice A

Are you talking about the intro email that I basically get from every group? If yes, thanks. If you sent something else/in addition, I didn't get it... :-(

      August 7, 2014

    • Susan B.

No Alice, she's referring to an email she sent out regarding the live stream. Not sure why you didn't receive it, but regardless, all the details are here: http://thewc.co/live

      August 7, 2014

  • Kimberley D.

As we now have the ability to watch online, and I'm in Natick, I've given up my spot to someone who may be closer.

Thanks, Kimberley! Hope to see you next time. =)

With huge regret I must drop my slot. Am hoping that you guys will record and make available on google or some other way that my chromebook can access after the fact. Or maybe some notes/handouts? Irregardless, much kudos for your customary stand out programming.

    2 · August 6, 2014

    • Nicole N.

See the email I just sent out, Jean. You should be just fine on your chromebook. =)

    hello,
I dropped my invite because I have some school work to focus on. Sorry I will be missing this!

Sorry you can't make it, Bianca, but thanks for updating your RSVP!

  • Jaycee

I have been working with analytics for years and know there is always something more I can learn. Will be eagerly waiting for a spot to open.

    2 · August 2, 2014

  • Nicole N.

Hi all, thanks for the suggestions about larger venues. We will be sticking with the CIC and a smaller group for this one as the speaker wants to be able to have the session be interactive.

I know schedules can be mercurial, so please, please be good citizens of the group and update your RSVP promptly if you find out you can't go so that someone from the waiting list can take your spot. Thanks!

    July 31, 2014

    • Lauren

Because you're sticking with a smaller venue and group would you consider setting up a google hangout or recording the presentation so that those who were waitlisted may still listen to and benefit from the discussion even if we're unable to participate?

Check out the N.E.R.D. Center also - they host a lot of the local meetups

Hubspot and Localytics both have large spaces that might work well for hosting the event, if you need more space.

    1 · July 31, 2014

Since so many people are interested in this event, could you make it a conference call, or hold in google hang out?

If you have access to a lecture hall we can use, Amanda, we're all ears. =)
