#WeHikeToHeal Challenge DFW | Morning Hike @ Cedar Ridge Preserve
The mission of this campaign is to encourage women to tap into the healing and empowering influences within ourselves, our communities and the Great Outdoors! The #wehiketoheal challenge will take place during the month of May, which also happens to be Mental Health Awareness Month. This is a perfect alignment because, #wehiketoheal encompasses components of mental health, emotional health, and physical health. We have all the bases covered!
Come join us for a walk that will include a hike, journaling, meditation and reflection time. Get some fresh air, and take some time to focus on your healing journey while connecting with the outdoors!
Location: Cedar Ridge Preserve

Time: 9:00am - 10:30am
What to Expect:
We will start off this walk with a short discussion about the week's mindful focus, a short stretch, and a time to reflect during the halfway point, and at the end of the walk, we will meditate and have time to journal. Make sure to bring water, snacks, and YOUR JOURNAL! Wear sunblock, comfortable walking shoes, and weather-appropriate clothing. Be sure to check the weather the day prior.
Please be punctual, and remember to leave time to park, walk to our meeting place and be present for our stretching time before take-off!
