This is a group designed to bring people together to participate in high intensity group training. There will be a different workout every week, designed by a fitness professional with 8 years of training experience with all levels of people. Every fitness level is welcome! This will be a fun and motivating atmosphere with music, exercise instruction, and a great workout each week. The workouts will be a mixture of indoor and outdoor depending on the weather. The instructor is not a screamer or a yeller, but a motivator. Meet with like minded individuals in a fun atmosphere all while learning proper use of free weights and exercise techniques. Equipment will be provided all you will need is your water bottle and a great attitude!
