Dona's career has evolved from Clinical Psychotherapist to Doula, to Mindful Midwife to Coach. She's all of it! And, at the same time she is "Momma" to 7 amazing kids. Dona has also spent the last 24 years as an Adjunct Professor at Naropa University, in the Graduate School of Psychology. Ho'oponopono became a passion 15 years ago when she lived in Hawaii. At the time, Dona was required to learn this inspiring mindfulness practice while working with families at an adoption agency, on Kauai. This ancient Hawaiian pracice not only changed her own life, but the way she practices psychotherapy, coaches, and works in the "birth world."
