One Monday Night at Yahoo!

"One Night", Ted's new Werewolf-like game, play testing has been going really well, so Ted asked me to invite our group to join him for another round at the "South Bay Gamers" game night at Yahoo! headquarters in Sunnyvale.

"One Night"  really does feel like a single night of werewolf, averaging 15-30 minutes, with some interesting twists.  Everything is riding on your one chance to find a werewolf and persuade everyone else to kill them, but first you have to figure out what team you are one (because it may have switched in the night) and be careful of decoys.

Please do not discuss "One Night" outside of this group until it is released.  Loose lips sink ships and new game releases ;)  All participants will be listed in game credits as play testers.

About "South Bay Gamers"

Board gaming group that meets at Yahoo! cafeteria (in Sunnyvale, CA) Mondays at 6:30pm. Games played tend to be German-style strategy games.

Directions:

Take 101 to Mathilda Ave North in Sunnyvale. Go North on Mathilda for around 1.5 miles. Make a left on First/Bordeaux street, and make an immediate right into the Yahoo campus (at 701 First). Find a parking space (you can park across the street if there's no room) and knock on the door of Building C -- it's glass so people can see you and let you in. Make your way to the cafeteria seating area. You may arrive any time you wish, as there are usually plenty of games being played until 10pm, but your chance of getting into a game increases greatly if you arrive between 6:15-7pm.

Fountain drinks are free. Besides that, other items are restricted to Yahoo employees. Please don't eat the free food from the cafeteria.

Had a great time meeting just a few of the SF Bay Area Werewolf players. They're very friendly, sociable people. I'm looking forward to attending the next event.

Is this still happening if we end up with a low headcount?

Yes. Most of the people will be yahoo! regulars. We are an SF based group so not expecting many RSVPs, but Ted was already going so it was just to see if anyone from our group wanted to join. See you there!
