A gentle flow designed for beginners, those recovering from injuries and seniors. Beginning with breathing exercises, moving into some revitalizing stretches holding each pose for 3 to 5 breaths to improve focus, balance & posture while building muscle tone. Focuses on mindful movement through classic postures & demonstrating correct alignment. Wear something comfortable, bring water and a yoga mat if you have one; there will be mats to use for those that need one. Class is 1 hour long and is completed with 5 minutes of meditation.
