What we're about

This is a group that gets together on Tuesday and Thursday mornings to have fun and get fit! We want to inspire others to live an active lifestyle. We also organize an outdoor activity on some saturday mornings. We enjoy meeting new people who are also interested in starting or continuing to life a fit and active lifestyle. We range from all ages, all different levels of fitness. :D :D :D Looking forward to meeting you
