Liz's Bi-Weekly Wednesday Rides -Dry Creek! (A/Phys-5/Tech-3/6 miles)

My bi-weekly Wednesday rides will strive to find locations suitable for beginner riders and will tend to stay in the East Bay area (with an occasional field trip thrown in here and there to the "West Bay" or South Bay). Now that it's dark out so early, the rides will solely be in the East Bay and will require lights. These rides will either be strenuous but shorter, or moderate in length but less strenuous. I'm open to changing the start time based on people's needs.

THIS WEEK: DRY CREEK!  David C. will lead everyone on a night right at Dry Creek!  This is a great place to see the last of the sunset and take in a gazillion city lights :)  This ride is short, but strenuous with a long uphill followed by a fast downhill.  Lights required!

Great ride! Great group of people. I'm really enjoying the rides at night. A little cold sometimes, but lots of fun.

Where are you locating this ride?

Depending where the ride is, I'll can leave Palo Alto at 5pm, so a 6ish ride would work for me.
Liz - hope your back recovers quickly and you can get back to leading rides.

If I dont have to work that day I can start earlier. I will know by this Friday. Does everyone or anyone have a preference on where to ride that is legal in the dark?

I'm ok with 6:30. However, I just realized this is the day before Thanksgiving, so I may have to cancel if I don't get my holiday chores done. :-)

Is everyone OK if I push the time to a later start time? Say....6:30? I've injured my back and need to stay off the bike for 2 weeks so David C is going to lead this one, but he needs it to be later.
