Out! Bowling Summer 2023 Sign-Up

This is the official sign-up for the Summer 2023 Season of Out! Bowling based in Addison, Illinois at Stardust Lanes. Please fill out the applicable information below if you plan to bowl. Positions are first come, first serve. All members of the team must fill out the form individually to be included in the count.

DETAILS: Summer 2023 Season runs from Thursday 6/1/23 through Thursday 8/3/23 (10 weeks). The final night of "official" league bowling will be on 7/27/23, with 8/3/23 being our award and banquet night and bowling will be for fun only.

Cost is $14.50 per week for 10 weeks ($145.00 for the full season). MUST BE PAID IN FULL no later than Week #4. Once you bowl your first week, you are committed entirely to the season. 18 and up only.
