Announcing a new meeting for Tampa Bay Outdoors Online!

What: Sangria at Sunset w/ optional campout

When: Saturday, February 16, 4:00 PM

Meeting fee: USD55.00 per person if renting

Where: Click the link below to find out!

Who should come: Those interested in paddling, dinner on an island and toasting to the Sunset.

Why: Sunset on an island with a group of like minded paddlers. Co-mon Sangria at Sunset. Do we need to say anymore?

Meeting Description: This is easily one of our more popular requested trips. Join us for a paddle to a nearby intercoastal Island paradise for fun and libations. We'll paddle out 40 min and arrive at a sandy Island where we'll set up small table for food and spirits. We'll partake in Sangria and watch the beautiful South Florida Sunsets, build a fire roast hot dogs and brats and gorge on fishspread and crackers and hangout and make new friends. Trip last anywhere from three to four hours depending on group. However we are also doing an optional campout on the island. So if you want to stay over night let us know. We will be tent camping on the island. It should be fun and we hope you can make it out. If you are camping we will do a pot luck breakfast on Sunday.

"Leave no Trace" philosophy is used on our trips. We pack in and pack out.
Paddle difficulty: Beginner and up paddle.

Trip includes: Kayaks, Sangria Wine, Ted Peters Fish spread and crackers, Hot Dogs and Johnsonville Brats

$55 if renting kayaks. $25 if bringing your own kayak. Bring lights.

Bring: Lights, water, sunscreen, bug spray, appropriate kayak clothing and dress for the weather, camera, water shoes or sandels, No FlipFlops please.

Must prepay to sign up for this trip. We are only taking 12 rentals so sign up soon if renting a kayak.

We can be reached at 727-235-1959 for questions or signing up if you are bringing your own kayak.
