Hello, I'm Jehanne. Owner of WEW! and board-certified Life and Health Coach.

Women Encouraging Women, WEW!, is a business catering to personal growth and improvement. Besides hosting a women conference, we are now starting a walking group. 1 hour walking event - outdoor walking during Spring/Summer, indoor walking during Fall/Winter. Besides walking as a group, we encourage individual walking journeys. Suggestion is to aim for daily walks 40 to 60 minutes, or to 1h walking 3 times a week due to busy schedule.

We are open for more hosts. Please let the organizer know.

The benefits of walking:
Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. It can also reduce your risk of developing conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and some cancers.
