Together, we’ll explore how the cracks in our stories hold wisdom.
And how healing begins not by erasing the past—but by honoring it.
In this 3-hour session, you will:
✨ Reflect on the cracks that have shaped you—and the quiet strength they reveal
✨ Break your bowl with intention, releasing what no longer serves
✨ Rebuild with gold, honoring your journey with presence, reverence, and gratitude
Each golden-repaired bowl will become part of our mental health exhibition—a collective reminder that brokenness is not the end of the story. It’s part of the beauty.
