Location visible to members
The March meet-up at Marty's was a great success, and I really enjoyed talking about food and health with all of you! I'd like to kick it up a notch in April by introducing you to a little info on going wheat/gluten-free, since it seems to come up a lot and is a hot topic these days among the health-conscious. I will provide you with samples of alternative whole grains to test, and a couple of recipe ideas to help get your culinary creativity flowing! If you have any of your own go-to whole foods based recipes you'd like to share with the group, it is highly encouraged (but not required.) Hope to see lots of faces, both old and new!
