In this eye-opening and practical session, Dr. Bascom will explain how our brain, hormones, habits, and emotions all play a role in the way we eat. You’ll gain powerful insights into why certain cravings feel so intense and more importantly, how to shift from reactive patterns to intentional nourishment. This isn’t about willpower or restriction; it’s about awareness, empowerment, and aligning your choices with your health goals.

You’ll leave with actionable steps you can start using immediately to identify your unique triggers, regulate your cravings, and replace emotional eating with practices that support your plant-based lifestyle. Whether you're working on weight loss, hormone balance, or simply feeling more confident in your daily choices, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.
