Sunrise Lake and Bird run.

Let's get the week off to a healthy start!

We will start with some gentle stretching exercises before the run if you show up a little early.

We will run 3 to 5 one mile laps around the lake with brief rest breaks each mile to drink water and/or let people catch up and then if anyone wants to run further then there are other trails we can do.

There is a choice of dirt or paved loops with hills or flat depending on what you like.

    Hi Brett! How many miles do u typically run on Monday mornings? I would like to get out on Mondays for a few miles... Although... I'm a 9:50-10:40 min miler depending on the total mileage. Let me know when u have a moment:)

      I am not Brett but usually do 3 to 5 miles on Monday mornings. It is a circle so we often run a lap and then wait IF NEEDED on others and then go again. It is a fun run and not a race pace or anything. Come join the fun.
