MIND GAMES [ONLY HOTTER] ⟡ Dare to Play All Day?
Details
Mind Games - Hot springs version with all day to play!
The Game is a way of relating that has evolved between my daughter and I through years of connecting at deeper and deeper levels. Now we're sharing the joy of The Game with others. It's surprising, revealing (in the best way possible) and honestly addicting.
The Game is a way to practice real connection instead of habitual patterns and scripts. It will likely open your eyes to some of the stories you've been telling and why you haven't been getting the results you desire most.
Once you learn to Play The Game, you will likely not want to stop. That's why we're offering our first All Day Game with a small group, while we hike and soak in Fifth Water Hot Springs. Plus, the energy in the mind and body flows more naturally when we are outdoors moving with nature. We're excited to see where this takes us!
Ready for a reality shift?
The Game often evokes a holotropic state of consciousness with profound transformative potential. Playing it brings new insights into awareness that can lead to physical and emotional release, along with a deeper experience of self and others. This is the state from which change naturally arises.
If you are any kind of teacher or leader, you will find that Sharing The Game with others makes your work even more impactful and meaningful.
From this Meetup you will receive:
- A unique experience Playing The Game
- Group coaching
- Individual coaching
- A whole-food sack lunch including artisan sourdough ham sandwiches, brownies, fruit and buttered popcorn
"We learn through experience and by experiencing, and no one teaches anyone anything." Viola Spolin
The Game is highly intuitive so play will arise organically from group participation. What you experience and take away from it will be exactly what you are ready to receive.

⊕ Asking deeper questions
⊕ Wanting to experience a new level of peace and possibility
This Might Not Be For Those:
⊝ Looking for quick answers
⊝ Avoiding honest self reflection
⊝ Convinced relationships should be difficult
⊝ Certain they already have everything figured out
Can't Wait to Play
We don't Play The Game to fix ourselves. We play it to return to ourselves. Most of all it's fun!
Details & Itinerary:
If you have never been to Fifth Water, it is enjoyable year round as long as you dress for the conditions. It is also very popular and parking can be difficult, which is why we are going early on a weekday. The hike is moderately difficult and about 3.3 miles round trip with a 636 elevation gain. The first mile is on the road from the parking lot to the trailhead. See Alltrails for more information.
We are Inner Guides, not licensed outdoor guides or medical professionals. You are responsible for your own travel, parking, gear, snacks, hydration, health, and safety.
It would be enjoyable to travel together if someone has a larger vehicle and is a conscientious driver. However, driving separately is recommended if you may want to leave earlier or stay later than the group consensus.
