🏮【Schedule / 当日の流れ】

↓ You can enjoy the following contents while relaxing and socializing :)
Since this is a Omakase (leave-it-to-me tour), I will bring you to the specific locations on the day of the event☺

The head shrine of Inari Shrine × Yoimiya Festival Manto ritual⛩
Stone lanterns and thousands of votive lanterns will be lit on the shrine grounds✨
You can also enjoy about 400 lantern paintings by Japanese painters and others🎨

① Hike to Yotsutsuji👟
We will decide how far to go depending on the conditions of the day!

② After sunset, descend
Let's enjoy the fantastic world of the Senbon-Torii illuminated by lights✨

※No entrance fee is required.
No offering of votive lanterns will be made.

※Because it will be quite crowded on the day, you may not be able to enjoy the festival satisfactorily⚠

③ Around 21:15 End of Meetup
The end time may vary.
※Please be sure to let me know if you are leaving on the way out⚠

We may take group photos and post them on social media📸

稲荷神社の総本宮 × 宵宮祭 万灯神事⛩
境内の石灯篭や数千の献納提灯に灯りがともされます✨
日本画家などによる行灯画(約400点)もお楽しみ頂けます🎨

① 四ツ辻まで参詣👟
当日の状況を見て、どこまで進むか判断致します！

② 日没後 下り
灯りに照らされた千本鳥居の幻想的な世界をお楽しみください✨

※拝観料はかかりません。
奉納提灯の献灯は行いません。

※当日の混雑状況により、お祭りを満足に楽しめない場合がございます⚠

③ 21:15頃 現地解散予定
終了時間は前後する場合があります。
※途中で抜ける方、必ずお声がけください⚠

・Registration is required to attend⚠
※Those under 18 years of age are not allowed to participate.

・Cancellations must be made by 22:00 p.m. the day before the event🙇‍♀️
※Please refrain from cancellations after that time or no-shows.
※If you are unable to attend, please change to "Not Going".

・If you do not follow the rules, if you are double-booked (have reservations for other meetup events on the same day and time), or if you are on the waiting list (due to various adjustments), I may change your status to "Not Going".

※未成年の方(18歳未満)、新規の40代以上の日本人男性の方はご参加頂けません。

・キャンセルは前日22時までにお願い致します🙇‍♀️

※参加できなくなった場合は、必ず"不参加"に変更してください。

・ルールを守って頂けない方、ダブルブッキングしている方(同一日時に他のMeetupイベントを予約)、キャンセル待ちやイベント数日前にご予約された方、こちらから"不参加"に変更する場合がございます。

※現在、「キャンセル待ち」に申請できない不具合が多発しております。その為、残席ありの状態になっていても、円滑な国際交流の為に、参加者バランス(国籍・性別など)を調整させて頂く場合がございます。ご予約後に不参加へ変更する際は、必ず私からご連絡致しますので、何卒ご理解の程宜しくお願い致します。
