Hello everyone,

I just want to give you all a heads up that starting tomorrow Meetup is changing the familiar look and feel of all your Meetup group pages. They are implementing a new system that has been in beta testing for some time now. I am NOT a big fan of the new layouts and that's why you have not seen any changes here yet. But starting tomorrow we all are being forced into the new system.

So please be patient as I tinker with the new setup over the next few weeks to get this site appearance as good as possible under the new system. Your feedback is welcome, but I cannot retain the old look and feel of the site. In testing, they have found that some people love the new look while others hate it. For those of us who don't care for it, hopefully it will grow on us. The important thing is that the terrific functionality of these Meetup groups in general should not change.
