Our 4th annual Swine and Wine....AKA Pig Roast will be held on 8/10. Augie and Frank will be back this year as Roastmasters. We are in process of selecting a flight of 3 wines to enjoy with this iconic American feast. We will be serving 2 whites and a red. We will serve the delicious LaForet Chardonnay from France by Drouhin as well as their LaForet Pinot Noir. Then, the perfect pork pairing wine, a dry Dopf & Irion Reisling from Alsace.
