Jumbo Lump Crab Sliced avocado with fresh Jonah Crab, lime Juice, olive oil, spicy chive remoulade sauce and Fresno red pepper

Second Course
Paired with Chandon Pinot Noir
Fuji Apple Salad
Butter lettuce, French green beans, thinly sliced Fuji apples and sliced golden beets tossed with ginger-orange vinaigrette. Garnished with crumbled blue cheese and candied walnuts.

Third Course Paired with Chandon Chardonnay
Jumbo gulf shrimp Topped with fresh Jonah Crab & oreganata breadcrumbs, browned and finished with lemon butter and remoulade vinaigrette.

Fourth Course
