How did you hear about the NYC Italian Language, Food & Culture Club?

Through internet, and a friend, who is a member

What kinds of events would you like our group to host?

Cultural events, lectures, and social outings at Italian restaurants

What inspired you to learn Italian?

I have studied Italian on and off for many years. I struggle with not having anyone to speak to in Italian, unless I am visiting the country. I would like to retire part time in Italy. It is my culture, and I wish my grandmother would have taught it to me when I was a child.

Do you have any expertise related to Italian language, food or culture that might be useful in planning our future events and activities?

Having visited Italy several times. I believe I have some expertise in places to see, stay and eat.

What level of Italian do you speak? 1. Beginner 2. Conversant 3. Advanced/Native

l. Beginner

Hello, I visit Italy almost every year. I am learning the language, and love the art, culture and anything Italian. I would like to be able to converse with people in Italian.
