Winter Wine Walk with Live Band!

The Social Event Of The Year and Worlds Largest Wine Walk is Back! The Ventura Winter Wine Walk & Holiday Street Fair will once again return to beautiful Downtown Ventura on Saturday, December 3, 2015 from 12 pm-8 pm! Shop the retail stores, pop-up artists, crafters, non-profit organizations, commercial and food vendors. The street fair and live entertainment is FREE and open to the public (we will enjoy a glass of wine or two at various locations starting at 5pm, then dance to the band at Main & California streets. Itinerary will be sent to peeps who RSVP)  There is also an after party at various clubs in the area!

The Wine Walk will showcase various wines in your favorite Downtown businesses. Each guest will receive a tasting cup and a map of the participating tasting sites in Downtown Ventura. As you stroll down Main Street you will be surrounded by a winter holiday ambiance with live entertainment, beautiful holiday lighting, and snow fall from 6:45 pm-8 pm. Info at http://venturawinterwinewalk.com/

*** Alternate tasting option: You can walk the streets, dance to the band, and visit the business without an official ticket. This is a fundraiser for the city and the wines at the stores are all under $10 bottles, so often not too exciting to the palette. That said, there are a few wine tasting places around Main & California where you can buy a real glass of wine, then wander into the shops, as open alcohol is allowed until 8pm in the streets.

*** We will meet at the Wine Rack at California & Main St at 5pm, then explore from there. There are a few meetups posting this, and it is a cool event, so get out and have some fun! ( I will send my cell out that day to those who RSVP)
