I don't have a preferred region.
Red, mostly Cabernet because I enjoy full bodied wines, but I'm open to trying all grapes and blends.
I tried a Chateau St. Michel Merlot from Washington state over the holidays and liked it very much. It's important to serve it a little under room temperature. It's full bodied and fruity with a very satisfying after taste.
I'm a wine lover and I want to learn as much as I can about wines and enjoy them with good friends.
