Our Sharing Circle is a gentle, small-group meetup where we gather to talk about the lived experience of ADHD. No pressure, no performance, no need to be anyone else other than who you are in that moment.

To make sure we can focus on everyone's contributions, we're keeping this meetup small to 6 spots, and there is a 1€ fee to ensure attendance.💜

You’re welcome to share what’s been on your mind: the emotional landscape, the practical challenges, the tiny victories, or the restless thoughts that keep looping. You’re also welcome to sit quietly and listen. Participation is an invitation, not an obligation.

To help us hold this space with care, we’ll follow a few simple guidelines:
💜Confidentiality: What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.
💜No fixing, no advising unless asked: We’re here to witness each other, not to problem-solve.
💜Respect all pacing: Interruptions happen with ADHD brains, but we’ll try to slow down enough to hear one another fully.

This circle isn’t therapy and isn’t led by professionals; it’s a peer space built on honesty, presence, and gentle curiosity. :)

We are meeting in front of Home Bar at 19:00. And because our companions are family, please feel more than welcome to bring your dog to join us!💜
