Thanks, Lydia and Cyd for the presentation. It was interesting and informative. I learned some important things such as the use of rems in place of ems and the use of max-width.

A followup might be to explore one of the frameworks such as Bootstrap or Grid 960 in sufficient detail to get a feel for how it functions. An understanding of CSS3, of course, would be needed.

This would help provide information needed to troubleshoot problems and perhaps implement an alternate approach that would avoid the problem. Trouble shooting becomes much more difficult when everything becomes dynamic.

I really need to get into this beyond going to sites that utilize this approach and commenting, "Hey, that's neat!"

When will a date be selected?

    March 31, 2013

    • Lydia R.

Hi Jay, I have to find speakers for this talk before we can select a date. Hopefully will be nailing down a date in a couple weeks.
